Benmar Air Conditioning

Benmar Conditionaire Corp. is a heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) contractor. We have been in business since 1947 and primarily work on commercial and industrial projects. We have succeeded due to our design, engineering, installation and maintenance services meeting or exceeding our clients’ expectations.

• Installation – Our installation personnel are capable of installing the entire HVAC project. We have in-house pipe fitters, sheet metal workers, and refrigeration technicians as well as an office staff to back them up. Our office staff visits the job sites regularly to make sure the schedule is on track.
• Design/Build – Benmar can be part of the planning of the space or building that a customer wants to build. We are fully licensed in the State of NJ to prepare plans, sign and seal for permits. Once the plans are approved by the customer, we can start the installation process which is then turnkey.
• Manufacturing – Our sheetmetal shop includes a computerized plasma cutting machine which is tied into our drafting department. The duct that we design is made in our own shop and installed by mechanics which we employ. By housing everything under one roof, there is more quality control on our jobs.
• Engineering/Drafting – Our in-house engineering department designs systems for commercial buildings. We coordinate with the architects and other trades keeping the customers’ plans in mind. Our drafting department uses AutoCad which is compatible with most architectural firms.
